Will 2023 be the breakthrough year for Xbox Series X? The Microsoft platform is selling well but more than two years after its debut, there is a lack of a strong first party lineup, with only Halo Infinite, Forza Horizon 5, High on Life, Pentiment and a few other titles pulling the ranks of the Xbox exclusives . But in 2023 things will change…

We know there are tons of Xbox exclusives coming out in 2023, and they’re all coming to day one on Xbox Game Pass. Any names? StarfieldRedfall, Forza Motorsport, Stalker 2 and Senua’s Saga Hellblade 2. Not bad right?

To the blockbusters mentioned above we must then add the third-party games coming out on Game Pass such as Persona 3 Portable, Persona 4 Golden and Monster Hunter Rise. The Microsoft lineup alone should be sufficient to fill the hunger of Xbox Series X / S owners for exclusives, but we must not exclude the additions of weight to the Game Pass catalog, for an annual experience that seems decidedly rich.

After two years of excellent games on Pass and very few big exclusives, the time has come for Microsoft to reverse course. And what do you think, Will 2023 be the year of redemption for Xbox Series X/S?
