ASUS has prepared for the release of a new video card, created in collaboration with Noctua. This is ASUS GeForce RTX 4080 Noctua Edition 16GB GDDR6X (RTX4080-O16G-NOCTUA). The video card will be made in a proprietary color scheme, typical for Noctua cooling systems. The massive heatsink is blown by a pair of large 120mm Noctua NF-A12x25 fans.
The graphics card combines the high performance of the GeForce RTX 4080 with best-in-class noise performance. This ASUS model claims to be the quietest GeForce RTX 4080. The ASUS GeForce RTX 4080 Noctua Edition is claimed to reach a maximum temperature of just 61.7°. The payoff for this will be the large dimensions of the video card – its thickness is 4.3 slots. Dual BIOS is provided to select Quiet or Performance firmware with different fan speeds. In idle at low temperatures, the fans will stop for complete noiselessness of the device.
