Netflix is on the rise right now. If all the projects are not to die for, there are still some that deserve a serious look and that conquer the hearts of the public: a priori, Kaleidoscope appeals to viewers a lot.
Kaleidoscope has just been released and seems set to be talked about. It must be said that its concept is quite particular: the series is made up of eight episodes, each of the titles of which corresponds to a color. And apart from the very last, “White”, which must be looked at at the end (logical, you will say), the first seven can be viewed in any order you want. This makes it a project with an atypical, changing narrative with multiple possibilities.
As for the story, it’s about a team of expert bank robbers who go all out, wanting to break into a fearsome vault housing massive loot. The period takes place over a quarter of a century and we discover, episode by episode, the why and how by exploring various themes such as revenge, corruption and so on.
Kaleidoscope, or the most viewed series of the moment
The news of the moment is that Kaleidoscope seems to be a real success on Netflix, where the series has only recently been available. If we hear a lot about Alice in the Borderlands season 2 or Wednesday, you should know that they are no longer viewed on the American platform: the crown therefore goes to Kaleidoscope.
So for the moment, we don’t have any figures and to be honest, it’s hard to do better than Wednesday, which had the best start in Netflix history for a series in English., beating herself Dahmer: Monster came out a hair rather. To see if this new series carried by the talented Giancarlo Esposito (Gus in Breaking Bad, to name only him) will beat these precious records for hours of viewing.
