The guys who are interested in this suffer from infantilism in a neglected form.
In early autumn, the Belarusian company Gorizont, not without the help of President Alexander Lukashenko, presented laptops of its own production, which, among other things, will be delivered to Russia. Strictly speaking, “own” production in these laptops is approximately 12% – 30%, depending on the counting system, but the eleventh generation Intel processors have become the heart / brain of computers.
This circumstance arouses curiosity, because, as you know, Intel (and AMD too) stopped supplying processors to Russia and Belarus against the backdrop of the start of a special military operation in which Belarus, although not directly involved, provides territory for the deployment of Russian troops. In this regard, the Belarusian edition of Devby decided to be curious and sent a request to Intel regarding the processors of its production in Belarusian laptops.
As you might expect, Intel’s response was as vague as it gets – in it the company states that it complies with US-imposed sanctions against Russia and Belarus, and adheres to a policy that “distributors and customers must comply with all export requirements and international laws.”

It is important to understand that despite the formal bans, both blue and red/green processors continue to be supplied to the “sanctioned” markets – through intermediaries, or through parallel imports. Because politics is politics, and you always want to eat in three sips.
