After a short-term beta test, an extract from the Unified State Register (USR) appeared on the Diya public services portal – if necessary, this document confirming the existence of a business and containing the necessary data on the company’s activities can already be ordered online in a few clicks with minimal time and without personal visits to state institutions.
An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Formations (USR) is one of the most important documents for sole proprietors, which is necessary for various life situations: to participate in a tender, conclude contracts, receive banking services. In the activities of entrepreneurs, this document plays the same important role as an extract on the place of residence in the daily life of Ukrainians.
Previously, an extract was received offline from a registrar, a notary, or at TSNAPs. I had to pay the admin fee and wait a day. On the Action portal, a document can be obtained faster and with a lower administration fee — UAH 100 instead of UAH 130. You can pay by card directly on the portal. By the way, in December they indicated a different amount of the admin fee: UAH 120 offline and UAH 90 when ordering on the Diya portal.

With the start of a full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, access to registries and, accordingly, to the online service was limited. In December last year, access to the portal of electronic services of the Ministry of Justice was resumed, and the receipt of an online extract from the Unified State Register was transferred to the Diya portal for greater convenience. Without the ability to download, most information from the USR can be obtained free of charge on the website of the Ministry of Justice (the service is available at this link) – the search is performed without registering a user on the portal according to several criteria, in particular, by the name or identification code of a legal entity. Access to the service is provided only when a person is identified using an electronic signature (qualified or improved).
An electronic extract from the USR is the second service that the Ministry of Digital Development launched in Diy in 2023, which has just begun. A few days earlier, a certificate from the State Register of Property Rights appeared on the portal. It confirms the ownership of an apartment, house or land.
