OnePlus Pad may launch soon in India. This is because new sources revealed that the device is already being tested internally and by ordinary users in the country.
In addition, this device is known by the code name “Aries”, and everything indicates that its commercial name could be “OnePlus Pad” or “OnePlus Tab”.
Sources claim that the company has been testing the two names with a small group of consumers in order to know which one can attract attention at the time of purchase.
As for the launch period, people who work with OnePlus say that the company has been working to make the tablet be available in India in June 2023.
The idea is to launch the device alongside the OnePlus 11R. The new smartphone should stand out for using the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor, in addition to having a 50 MP main rear camera and a 1.5K AMOLED screen.
So far, OnePlus has not commented on the matter, but its tablet must be a low-cost device. So, we should expect a tablet with a 10-inch IPS LCD screen, a battery around 7,100 mAh and a Snapdragon 680 or 695 processor, for example.
