Unlike other AMD AIB partners, MSI is in no hurry to bring its own versions of the Radeon RX 7900 XT/XTX graphics cards to the market. The Taiwanese vendor plans to release them during the first half of 2023, while he brought one of the modifications to CES 2023.
The Radeon RX 7900 XT/XTX Gaming Trio Classic models were showcased at the MSI booth. They received a cooling system in the spirit of the Radeon RX 6000 and GeForce RTX 30 series video cards, which is emphasized by the “Classic” mark in the title. At the same time, the heatsink was significantly redesigned, and three 8-pin auxiliary power connectors are soldered to the end of the card. Unfortunately, the vendor does not disclose detailed characteristics of new products.
Another interesting MSI exhibit at CES 2023 was the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti and RTX 4080 graphics cards in the Gaming X Trio White modification. As it is easy to understand from the name, their distinguishing feature is the silver-white design of the cooling system. At the same time, the printed circuit board is black and was inherited from the Gaming X Trio versions.
