Google images are an excellent place to find content on the most varied subjects and just access the search engine, switch to images, write the keywords and that’s it. However, we might want to do the opposite. That is, discovering information about a photo we have of someone, or about something we found on the Internet. So we’re going to explain you how to get more information about the images that are on your Android smartphone.
Android: How to get more information about images
For this purpose, you will have to open the address images.google.pt in Chrome.
Then click on the three dots and in the meantime choose the option ask for a site for a computer.
Now Google Images will appear as if it were on your PC. Meanwhile in the search bar you see the symbol of a camera.
Click there and then go to the Upload Image tab. Then just choose file.
There may appear the option that says Do you want to allow the Chrome application to take photos and record video? Just hit allow. Then just indicate where the photo is located. Then the image will be uploaded and Google will look for more information and similar images.
Information about images that are on Google
So to find more information about images that are on Google on an Android or iOS smartphone, you will first have to download Chrome.
Within Chrome, start by opening this address images.google.pt. Write what you want to find. However, several images will appear as shown in the screenshot below.
Then choose an image. Then click on it and a menu will appear. Choose the Search this image on Google option.
So this works on both Android and iOS but, as I mentioned, you will need to have Chrome installed.
