In the Polish volleyball championship in the men’s Plus League, the volleyball players of the Lviv “Barkom-Kazhany” on Monday hosted the team of the GKS “Katowice”. Before that Ugis Krastiņš’ wards won only 3 wins in 18 matches played.
And today, the Ukrainians finally managed to please their fans with a positive result again. Although this time the victory was not easy. Only in the first set Barkom was clearly stronger 25:18. But in the second and, especially, in the third games, I had to work hard to achieve success – 26:24 and 30:28.
The Lviv team entered the game with the following line-up: Artem Smolyar (scored 6 points), Murat Yenipazar (2), Julius Firkal (12), Vladislav Shchurov (7), Vasily Tupchiy (25), Jonas Kvalen (10), Dmitry Kanaev (libero ). The replacements were: Alexey Goloven (0), Vitaliy Kucher (1).
