God of War is one of the most famous video games of the last twenty years. Sony nailed it with this project which, at least initially, was set in ancient Greece. The protagonist is Kratos, a Spartan who has killed deities after deities, becoming one of them too and thus obtaining a much longer life than normal.
For this Kratos also survived after the final battle of God of War 3, to return to action on completely different shores in recent years with a new story and setting. The Sony Santa Monica studio has worked hard to create an adventure that is completely different from the Greek one, thus creating a God of War in Norse territory. Obviously, even the deities and creatures to face this time are those of the Scandinavian pantheon.
After the events of the first game that revived the saga, a few months ago it was the turn of the highly anticipated God of War: Ragnarok, sequel and final chapter of this bilogy set in the cold northern Europe. Here too, as in the last appearance, Kratos always has ashen skin with the long red band clearly visible on his head and body, with a long beard that he didn’t have during his battles in Greece. Otherwise, there are little differences beyond some changes in clothing and weapons, with the blades of chaos giving way to an axe.
All this was taken up by the cosplayer PrinceDeGuzman who thrilled all God of War fans thanks to his shots posted on Reddit. As seen from the gallery below, well stocked and detailed, this Kratos cosplay is ready to battle north. And, perhaps, in a few months it will launch full force on PC as well.
