According to the latest advances shared by Jez Corden, Microsoft would be in the process of unveil the Developer_DirectJanuary’s raucous Xbox showcase of video games coming in 2023 to PC, Xbox consoles and Game Pass.
The WindowsCentral reporter explains precisely that the show of the house of Redmond it will be called Developer_Direct: according to Corden, the event in question will be part of a broader communication strategy that the Xbox team will adopt in 2023 to offer more frequent updates on games arriving on the green-crossed platforms.
The new format of the Redmond company’s media events should be inaugurated by the Developer_Direct which, according to Jez Corden, will be held on Wednesday 25 January starting from 21:00 Italian time.
According to the rumors collected by the editor of WindowsCentral, the digital event will give Xbox Game Studios and Bethesda the ideal media showcase to provide important insights (and hopefully lots of gameplay) on Redfall, Minecraft Legends e Forza Motorsportas well as an update on the work the studies are carrying out ZeniMax Online.
According to Corden, Starfield should not be shown during this event as Microsoft intends to ‘save it’ for a subsequent showcase, preferably to allow us to admire a new Deep Dive not too dissimilar from the one organized by Microsoft with Todd Howard in the first gameplay of Starfield June 2022.
