Marvel Studios and Walt Disney Studios showed the second trailer (the first one is at this link) of the upcoming film comic Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania / Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, and Kinomania Film Distribution, as always, did not keep waiting long for its localized version . The Ant-Man triquel, which follows the adventures of Scott Lang and his loved ones in the Quantum Realm, officially kicks off the fifth phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The video introduces the Quantum Realm in more detail, demonstrates the abilities of the supervillain Kang the Conqueror, played by Jonathan Majors, the star of Lovecraft Country (he also played one of the main roles in the military drama Aerobatics), contains several new action scenes and a lot of plot spoilers . And for the first time, they showed another unusual villain – M.O.D.O.K. (Mobile Disaster Organization) in its classic form. And it looks like Ant-Man 3 will have a lot of unexpected characters, including Creelar, played by Bill Murray.
Together with Paul Rud, other key actors from the dilogy will also return to their roles – Evangeline Lilly, Michael Douglas and Michelle Pfeiffer. The third Ant-Man movie was directed by Peyton Reed, who worked on the previous two installments, and written by Jeff Loveness, writer and co-producer of Rick and Morty.
Plans for a third Ant-Man film were confirmed back in November 2019, however, the main part of the filming period did not begin until early 2021, and filming was completed in November 2021.
