The topic received a public outcry, and now it turned out that in fact there were no requirements from Microsoft, the screenshot is fake, and minorities are not going to implement it into the game.
Strictly speaking, the setting of the Zone itself does not encourage the active promotion of various kinds of minorities in it, which is why, in particular, annoyed gamers rushed to criticize the developers for such a decision. Fortunately, it turned out to be false.
