The moment of the debut of is getting closer every day Hogwarts Legacy and, as a testament to how players can’t wait to enter the thick castle walls of the school of witchcraft and wizardry, the action-RPG of Avalanche currently establishes itself as the best-selling premium game on Steam.
Hogwarts Legacy had already confirmed itself as the most desired game by Steam users, but it seems that even in terms of pre-orders things are going quite well for WB Games and Avalanche. The only titles that surpass Hogwarts Legacy in revenue on Steam are giochi free-to-play supported by microtransactions such as Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Dota 2 and Apex Legends, with the Steam Deck console taking third place. Hogwarts Legacy is therefore the best-selling premium (i.e. paid) game on Steam, ahead of emblazoned titles such as Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 (eighth place) and FIFA 23 (tenth place). The action-RPG of Avalanche gained 22 places compared to last week, a clear sign of how the wait for the launch is starting to be felt in a tangible way.
While waiting for it to finally be released February 10th on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S and later on PS4 and Xbox One the April 4th and Nintendo Switch the July 25thwe refer you to our Preview of Hogwarts Legacy for further information on the combat system.
