Rumors pointed to Xiaomi presenting its new high-end smartphones during Mobile World Congress 2023. And now this has even been confirmed by the brand.
In a statement, Xiaomi confirmed that it will be present at the largest mobile technology fair between February 27 and March 2. And by the time it is, it seems obvious that we will get to know the global versions of the Xiaomi 13 there.

“Experience the new Xiaomi technology at MWC Barcelona 2023”, can be read in the poster published by Xiaomi. And since Xiaomi does not refer to any specific product, it can also take the opportunity to present new AIoT products and other innovative technologies.
One thing seems certain – this will be the event where the Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro will be presented globally. But it is believed that it could also present an Ultra model.
Remember that Xiaomi launched the Xiaomi 12S Ultra in 2022 in China, with Leica lenses, and the promise that a model with this potential would reach global markets in 2023. And this could be the moment, with the Xiaomi 13 Ultra ( if this is your name).
Strictly speaking, the Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro are not exactly new, as they were first launched in China. So if Xiaomi wants to transport that “wow” factor to Barcelona, it will have to be with an Ultra.
If so, we can only hope that it is a smartphone with all the best that the market has to offer. It will have cameras with Leica optics, AMOLED LTPO 4.0 screen, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and the latest brand charging technology.
