The business simulation Prison Tycoon: Under New Management will be released for consoles in February.
Publisher Ziggurat Interactive today announced February 7th as the digital release date for the console (Xbox and PlayStation platforms) and Switch versions of its business simulation game Prison Tycoon: Under New Management.
This new take on the classic tycoon challenges players to build and run a correctional facility to redeem those incarcerated.
The console and switch versions also include the main game and the recently released Roll Call DLC, the Maximum Security DLC (originally released for $9.99), and a creative mode at no additional cost.
Prison Tycoon: Under New Management is a reboot of the series with a different take on the design, construction, and management of a successful correctional facility.
With an emphasis on rehabilitation rather than punishment, players must maintain a balance between service and safety while striving to run and grow their facility. They must manage the flow of resources and keep both staff and prisoners happy while providing proper care for their charges.
Whether building a new cellblock or setting up a VR therapy room, players must make their setup a supportive and effective rehabilitation experience.
