Football club “Rukh” said that it is ready to apply to the UAF and UEFA to determine the legal status of “Karpaty”.
“Karpaty” say that “Rukh” seems to have “took” their school and, accordingly, the players, not understanding what such rhetoric can lead to. Therefore, the football club “Rukh” has already prepared an appeal to the relevant bodies of the UAF and UEFA, so that they would help the “Karpaty” to decide what kind of “green-white” they are – ceasing to exist (LLC KPF “Karpaty”), having gone bankrupt with debts, or still not those (LLC FC Karpaty), which they announced during their alleged restoration.
If really and at the official level Karpaty consider as their own the school where the now promising Rukhites started their career, then you are welcome to once again publicly announce this and make a legal and documentary claim against FC Rukh (Lviv). Such statements mean that the current new Karpaty want to return not only the emblem that the fans gave them, but also the history of the club. And if so, then it is worth paying the debts to the players and club employees. Given the statements made on behalf of Karpaty, they seem to have already raised funds to pay off all the debts of their predecessor. Have we understood everything correctly?
So far, in the legal plane, it doesn’t turn out quite the way, as Andriy Tlumak, the current head coach of the Green-Whites, testifies in his interviews. On the one hand, he has no rights to infringe on the “tamta” of “Karpaty” (their emblem, history, pupils, etc.), because there is not even a hint of succession. But in another way, judging by the relevant rhetoric, it seems that he wants to ascribe everything to himself – history, traditions, coat of arms, and so on … “, the Rukh statement says.
