Intel’s Core i9-13900KS is out, with a 6GHz turbo clock and a $749 price tag

The time has come: Intel has released its Core i9-13900KS; the first processor to achieve a turbo clock speed of 6 GHz ‘out of the box’. That is 200 MHz more than the i9-13900K released in September. The base clock speeds of both the p- and e-cores have also been increased by 200 MHz, to 3.20 and 2.40 GHz respectively. The basic TDP has also increased slightly, from 125 to 150 watts, although the maximum power consumption is not higher (253 watts). The ‘Special Edition’ i9-13900KS in the box…
