01/12/2023 at 11:00 a.m. by Matthias Brückle – In WoW: Dragonflight, collecting ores and herbs with the support of your dragon will be much better – we owe that to the hotfixes from January 12, 2023. Among other things, they bring a buff for the Talent Dragon Rider Cultivation with itself.
The new hotfixes from January 12, 2023 are rather less extensive, but they bring a very interesting buff for collecting herbs and ores in WoW: Dragonflight. The developers at Blizzard have screwed properly on the dragon riding talent dragon rider cultivation. This will no longer give you a 10 second 10% vigor regeneration buff, but a 3 second… with 400% increased regeneration! This way, your dragon will be back in top form in no time.
Apart from that, there are a few adjustments for dungeons as well as a fix for the malfunctioning item Hood of Urgent Time. We have translated the complete hotfixes for you.

Adjusted Dragon Rider Cultivation, increasing the amount of vigor regeneration to 400% (from 10%) and reducing the duration to 3 seconds (from 10 seconds). This should offer a bigger bonus for those who like to collect on the go.

Fixed an issue with the Hood of Urgent Time where the haste granted was less than intended if the player’s pet attacked the new target first.
