This Friday (13), Samsung announced a new digital campaign focused on showing the main features of its voice assistant, Bixby. The initiative will be broadcast in Latin America.
It consists of bringing the virtual influencer, SAM, into small pills, to explain in a simple way how to configure and activate the assistant’s main commands, through voice commands.
SAM presents the functionalities in Portuguese, through musical references, jokes and slang, in order to show users how to adjust languages, activate connected devices in smart homes, control smartwatches or Bluetooth headphones, create reminders, answer calls, among others. other possibilities.
According to the marketing director of Samsung Electronics in the region, Arthur Wong, Bixby has gained more supporters for its voice features. Therefore, the campaign seeks to teach how to exploit the best of the service.
“In recent years, we have noticed a considerable increase in interest in the connected ecosystem based on virtual reality, taking the metaverse and the use of virtual intelligence as an example, as is the case with Bixby, which has been gaining more and more fans of voice. Thus, the campaign appears to explain in an objective and fun way how people who have not yet ventured into Bixby can take advantage of Galaxy smartphones for this and make the best of this service in a simplified way.”

The action on Bixby will feature news on the brand’s social networks, such as Twitter, Instagram and TikTok, as well as activation on the House of SAM, an immersive virtual environment for the company in the Decentraland universe of the Metaverse.
It is worth remembering that Samsung has already set the date for the presentation of the Galaxy S23 line, for February 1st. The brand’s new family of top-of-the-line cell phones also had pre-registration started in the country.
