Dark Light, the soulslike metroidvania by Mirari & Co., will soon arrive on PS4 and PlayStation 5: this is confirmed by the developers of the title themselves, which arrived in version 1.0 on PC in September 2022.
The dystopian universe outlined by the developers of Dark Light is the backdrop for the adventures to be experienced as the last one Dark Huntera special agent called a seal the Dark Void and avoid, in this way, the destruction of one’s own civilization.
As for the gameplay, the title makes the ferocity of the attacks its sharpest weapon, thanks both to the animations accompanying the violent actions performed by our alter-ego and to the wide range of equipment to unlock during a main campaign set in the regions darker than this cyberpunk world on the verge of collapse.
The aesthetics of Dark Light recalls that of the retro-futuristic action Replaced, net of the differences represented by the 2.5D approach adopted by the Sad Cat studios to shape the settings of the title arriving on PC, Xbox and Game Pass in 2023.
