So here’s that Dark Souls 3 lives a second youth, among mods and cosplayer communities.
A Dark Souls 3 prequel mod is making fans go crazy. The quality of Archtrones is comparable to that of a real DLC, and is bringing the community back to repopulate the title. Among the fundamental characters of Dark Souls 3 we find the Guardian of Fire, who is tasked with aiding the Ashen One in its arduous journey through Lothric. By interacting with her, who is found at the Shrine of Bond, the player can spend the souls obtained to level up.
The Keeper of Fire is one blind girl whose origins are unknown. During the game it is possible to give her the sight of her by giving her the Eyes of the Guardian of the Fire. This item is required to unlock the “Fire’s End” ending.
The Fire Keeper’s only reason for living is to fulfill her duty, namely that of guide the path of the Ashen One. The player will always find her busy taking care of the bonfire, or sitting on the steps of the Altar of the Bond. While killing her, the Guardian of the Fire will come back to life and will remain faithful to the dormant flame.
In this Dark Souls 3 Fire Keeper cosplay we see her tending the bonfire. Wearing her long, skin-tight black robe, her face and eyes are covered by a white crown. To realize this interpretation, brought on stage at the Supercon, is the cosplayer Cecilia Setsu.
