Barcelona head coach Havi commented on the victory in the Spanish Super Cup final over Real Madrid:
“We needed this victory more than Real Madrid, because they have more titles than we do. I am very pleased with my players. We deserve it. The players work hard, we have a great atmosphere in the team.
The match went very well for us. Gavi, Pedri, Frankie de Jong… Everyone was great! We were looking for superiority in a match and we found it. Dembele opened wide on the flanks. I can’t help mentioning Ronald Araujo. We are happy for all our players.
If we played like this against Real Madrid in the final, then we have to repeat this football in the next matches. We cannot relax. That’s what my job is.”
