Being one of the games that is quite anticipated in 2023, there are many reasons to look forward to FORSPOKEN from Square Enix indeed. Apart from the fact that it is a new IP with an open-world concept and interesting magic variant-based battles, it is also the spearhead of Square Enix’s proprietary engine – Luminous which is no longer widely used. Handled by Luminous Productions, FORSPOKEN will also be released for PC on the first day of release along with the Playstation 5 version. But there is one bitter pill that seems to be swallowed by PC gamers who are waiting for it.
After being a mystery, Luminous Productions and Square Enix finally let go of the need for PC specifications to run FORSPOKEN comfortably. The bad news? This requirement turned out to be much heavier than many gamers imagined, to the point that many concluded a bad optimization process with it. Square Enix also doesn’t say much whether this need is based on the ray-tracing feature being turned on or not. How bad? Here’s what you need to prepare:
