As is already known, Samsung will take the stage on the 1st of February for its first Unpacked event in 2023. We unequivocally know that in it we will get to know the new Samsung Galaxy S23, but there could be more surprises.
The clue is left by Samsung’s mobile department director TM Roh. In a publication made on the company’s official blog, the executive piques our curiosity by talking about the launch of two Ultra products.
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will be one of the premium models of the brand
TM Roh took advantage of his recent publication on Samsung’s official blog to talk about the meaning of the Ultra designation on its products. According to the executive, this name means the pinnacle of technological innovation, that is, the best they have to offer.
Indeed, at the beginning of next month we will discover two new Galaxy Ultra products worthy of that designation. One of them will obviously be the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, its new top of the range Android.
This will be the brand’s best smartphone for 2023 and which will incorporate the best technology available from Samsung. The mystery lies in the model that will accompany you in the next Unpacked event.
One possibility is the presentation of a new Android tablet, possibly the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra. Something likely because TM Roh took advantage of this publication to talk a little about the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra.
Still, it is curious that not much is said about Samsung’s next line of Android tablets. With just two weeks to go before its possible presentation, this lack of information is unusual.
If we know little about the second Ultra model to be presented in February, the same cannot be said about the Galaxy S23 Ultra. This top of the range Android has been teased quite a bit over the past few weeks, leaving very little to the imagination.
The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, 6.8-inch AMOLED screen with QHD+ resolution and refresh rate up to 120 Hz. It will also have up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of storage.
In the photographic department, the novelty goes to the inclusion of a new 200 MP sensor. This will be accompanied by a 12 MP wide angle and two 10 MP for telephoto and periscope.
Its battery will be 5000 mAh with fast charging at 45 W. Also note the presence of the S Pen and a sale price that could be around 1255 €.
