At the very beginning of December, the creative team Mechanics VoiceOver reported information that a fundraiser is being announced for the full dubbing of the sensational horror The Callisto Protocol. The game received localization into Russian only for subtitles and interface. The studio is trying to correct this oversight, and for voice actors, an amount of 350,000 rubles is needed.
Now there is information that in a month and a half of fees it was possible to reach a figure exceeding 1/3 of the desired value (at the time of writing the news, 117,000 out of 350,000 rubles). Upon successful completion of the fees, the project will be transferred as soon as possible. Not only talented amateurs, but also professional actors of domestic dubbing will be involved in the work on the voice acting.
It remains only to follow the progress and hope that in the coming months Mechanics VoiceOver achieve the desired result and please the players with the quality of the work done.
