President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, speaking during the Ukrainian Breakfast in Davos, said that he now does not know with whom he can negotiate.
Zelensky is not sure that Russian President Vladimir Putin is still alive and who really makes decisions.
“Today I don’t quite understand with whom to talk and about what. I’m not sure that the president of Russia, who sometimes appears on the chroma key, is he. I do not quite understand that he is alive, or that he makes decisions, or who makes decisions there. What is the circle of people? I don’t have such information.
I do not quite understand how you can promise European leaders one thing, and the next day start a full-scale invasion of the state. I just don’t quite understand who we’re dealing with. When we say “peace talks” – I don’t quite understand with whom.
We are now communicating with you – you know exactly who I am, and I know exactly who you are. There are witnesses of our life. And even if we talk about different things, we can reach a consensus,” Zelensky said.
Earlier, Zelensky said that the war would stop if Putin died.
