A deleted tweet caused a brief stir at WWE 2K23 as the brawler’s release date was revealed.
There was a leak about WWE 2K23 via Twitter, which not only announced March 17, 2023 as the release date, but also announced superstar and WWE legend “John Cena” as the cover star. However, the tweet was deleted and can only be read on Reddit.
The tweet also said that there will probably be a cross-gen bundle. WWE 2K23 is rumored to launch on January 28th, the day of the WWE Royal Rumble. It remains to be seen whether the rumors will be confirmed.
