Neither publisher Electronic Arts nor the Motive development team have officially confirmed it yet, but there are indications that Dead Space Remake will have an alternative ending. From the game’s now leaked trophy list, which has surfaced on the True Trophies page, it is learned that there is a trophy called “Reunion” that can be unlocked in the remake. And this achievement appears for “watching the alternate ending on any difficulty mode”.

Unfortunately, not much more can be said about the new alternative ending of Dead Space Remake so far. For fans of the original Dead Space it could be an interesting innovation. Those fans may remember that there was no such success in the original game. It will then be all the more interesting to see what will change in the course of the game, or what the player has to do differently than in the original in order to be able to see the alternative ending. Is there perhaps an alternative gameplay sequence towards the end? Will there be a specific choice made during gameplay that warrants an alternate ending?
In just a few days, the remake of the sci-fi horror classic Dead Space will be released. More specifically, Dead Space Remake will be released on January 27, 2023. Then both old fans and new fans can take the remake to heart and track down all the innovations in detail.
