The new series of The Last of Us is going down pretty well with audiences these days. Some users even claim that this could be the best video game adaptation ever released. A few years ago, this award would not have been associated with much prestige, but recently the quality of films and series based on video games has increased significantly.
POSTAL Movie Is Way Better Than The Last Of Us Says POSTAL Director
But not everyone is really convinced of the The Last of Us series. The real critic turned out to be the German director and producer Uwe Boll, who is responsible for the 2008 Far Cry film starring Til Schweiger. It’s not known if he really thinks the new series is bad, but in a now-deleted post on Facebook, Boll explained that this definitely wouldn’t be the best video game adaptation:
“POSTAL will always be the best video game movie of all time and one of the best movies ever made. POSTAL has everything that today’s movies have lost.”
For everyone who has understandably never heard of the POSTAL film version released in 2007: Uwe Boll is actually responsible for this himself, and although he praises his own film to the skies, the community sees it quite differently. A look at Rotten Tomatoes reveals an editorial score of just nine percent. The audience awarded at least 35 percent.

Review: 2nd episode The Last of Us – Annoying logic hole, but great!
The second episode of the video game adaptation was able to inspire again, but suffers from a big logic hole.
With The Last of Us (buy now), critics and viewers almost agree, the tomatometer is 97 here, the audience score is 96 percent. So the POSTAL film has to admit defeat at least on Rotten Tomatoes, but for Uwe Boll the film adaptation would have deserved at least the 98 percent.
