01/23/2023 at 11:00 a.m. by Sebastian Glanzer – If you want to try out the new features of WoW: Dragonflights Patch 10.0.5 on Wednesday, you have to be patient. Because for the first intermediate patch of the current expansion, extended maintenance work is pending. Read here when the WoW servers should go online on Wednesday (01/25/2023) according to Blizzard.
WoW: Dragonflight gets the first intermediate patch of the young expansion on Wednesday, January 25th, 2023. Patch 10.0.5 implements, among other things, the trading post, the possibility to transmog gray and white items, brings new world events to the Dragon Islands and there will be a lot of class adjustments.

Bringing all of this to the live servers will take a little more time than usual. According to the Battle.net official site, WoW (buy now): Dragonflight servers will be offline on 1/25/2023 between 3:00 AM and 11:00 AM. If everything goes according to plan, the servers should be back online by 11:00 am. As a rule, additional waiting times rarely occur. Sometimes it can even happen that the servers go live a little earlier than planned. If you don’t usually play WoW in the morning anyway, the extended maintenance phase shouldn’t affect you either.

Normal maintenance for WoW Classic and WotLK Classic
Nothing changes for the Classic servers on Wednesday. Both the WoW Classic servers and WotLK Classic servers will only be offline between 03:00 and 04:00 on Wednesday night for the usual server restart. Extended maintenance work is not to be expected. WotLK players can then head into the recently released Raid Ulduar.
