A few new pictures have been released for the remake of “Resident Evil 4”, showing what the castle looks like in the new version of the classic. There is also an unofficial comparison with the original.
With the Resident Evil 4 remake only two months away, Capcom is providing a glimpse of a handful of new images that show what buyers of the title can expect from March. The focus is on the castle in which players mess with Ramon Salazar.

After the images were released, a few people on Twitter got to work comparing the re-released impressions from the remake with screenshots from the original game so that you can see what’s changed visually in the new version. Corresponding tweets are embedded below these lines.
While the Resident Evil 4 remake looks better as expected, it doesn’t appear that there have been any major changes to the scope. Yoshiaki Hirabayashi, the executive producer, said the game will be similar in length to the original 2005 version, so players can expect around 15 hours.
As in the original, Leon is tasked with rescuing the kidnapped daughter of the President of the United States in the remake of Resident Evil 4. He tracks her down in a remote European village where something terrible is happening to the villagers.
