Arkane Austin has shared new footage of the gameplay of the cooperative first-person shooter Redfall. The presented video, lasting almost 12 minutes, demonstrates the passage of missions with comments from the developers.
According to the authors, every centimeter of the open world of Redfall is carefully designed and filled with a plot component. Players will be able to explore the streets of the quaint island town, from the once-bustling city center to the haunted forest, the ruined waterfront, and beautifully detailed landmarks. There are also safe places on the island where you can rest, chat with survivors and replenish supplies.
In addition to the main plot, you have another mission – to return the Redwall. Find the hideouts hidden all over the island and then get to the vampire controlling the area. To win back this area, you will have to defeat a powerful vampire named Siphon.
The developers have also revealed the exact release date for Redfall. The game will be released on May 2, 2023 on PC and Xbox Series X|S, including Game Pass.
