In an interview with ComicBook.com, Avalanche Studios game designer Alan Tew talked about his experience with a full playthrough and an estimated number of hours in Hogwarts Legacy. Despite the fact that he knows the game inside and out, it took him about 80 hours to complete all the main and side activities.
“Recently, I beat the game to 100% – and even with all my knowledge of the game, it was more than an 80-hour run through all the content. I’m sure there’s a lot to do there and I’m glad people will have that experience.” says Alan.

Recall that the official release of Hogwarts Legacy will take place on February 10, 2023 on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch. Those who pre-order the Delux edition will be able to plunge into the Harry Potter universe 72 hours earlier.
