In February, some games will again be removed from the PS Plus Extra and Premium libraries. You can find out which games are going away in this message.
The three-tiered PlayStation Plus program grants access to multiple libraries depending on the variant chosen. While the Essential games can be played continuously once claimed within the month limit, games from the Extra and Premium libraries that do not have this limit will be withdrawn from the offer and access will expire from time to time.
The following overview reveals which games will be hit in the coming month. “Grand Theft Auto: Vice City” has to give way, but also games like “Sine Mora EX” and “The Book of Unwritten Tales 2”. Availability ends on February 21, 2023.
PS Plus games to be removed in February:
Sea Truetrophies the following games will also be removed from the offer in February. However, a corresponding note cannot yet be seen in the PlayStation Store, so it is unclear whether February 21, 2023 will also apply to these games.
The publication also mentions “Whispering Willows.” However, it seems to have already hit the title, because the PS Plus Extra notice is no longer visible in the German PlayStation Store and the title has to be purchased. The same applies to „Sparkle Unleashed“however im US-Store is still listed for PS Plus.
PS Plus new additions in February
Which games will be included in the PS Plus libraries in February is open. The essential games will not be revealed until next week, on February 1, 2023 to be precise, before they are released on February 7, 2023.
The unveiling (February 15, 2023) and the activation (February 21, 2023) of the new additions to PS Plus Extra and Premium will take place one week later.
