Road 96: Mile 0 is positioned by the developers as “a story about the friendship of people from completely different worlds.” This is a story-driven game with a focus on music, in which you will need to take turns controlling two teenagers named Zoe (the heroine of the previous game) and Kaito (the girl’s friend, a hitchhiker with a trombone).
The prequel will help to better understand the events of Road 96 and understand why Zoe ran away from home. Gamers will meet colorful characters and make a number of difficult decisions. The highlight of the upcoming game is psychedelic musical levels where you will need to jump, dodge and, again, make certain decisions.
The musical adventure Road 96: Mile 0 launches April 4 on PC, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and S.
