The easter egg in question appears on the USG Ishimura by engaging in the challenges offered by the mode New Game Plus di Dead Space Remake: once the engineer’s space odyssey has restarted, new textual and audiolog logs will appear on the space station to collect.
In one of this new files you can read one email exchange between two secondary characters that, worry aboutimminent ‘decommissioning’ of the USG Ishimura, discuss the job opportunities offered on other space stations. In sharing their thoughts on the matter, the two Ishimura members reflect on the career prospects a potential job on Sprawl offers them.
Longtime fans of this iconic series will already know that the Sprawl, an orbiting station built on Titan in the upper atmosphere of Saturn’s satellite, is the main setting for the second chapter of Dead Space. The discovery of this audiolog with the interest aroused by Sprawl’s ‘professional opportunities’ in the two secondary characters who entertain this conversation, as can be easily guessed, is fueling the fans’ hopes for the development of Dead Space 2 Remake.
