Shakhtar bought Kayode from Manchester City for 3 million euros in the summer of 2018, but since 2019, the striker has played for various Turkish teams on loan.
Last summer, another lease contract expired for Kayode, as a result of which he formally returned to Shakhtar, although this striker is not in the camp of the Donetsk team, and the Pitmen did not report his fate.
Kayode’s contract with Shakhtar was originally signed for five years, until June 30, 2023. His current estimated value on Transfermarkt is 2 million euros.
