The long-awaited patch 3.2 for “Battlefield 2042” has finally been released! With the latest update, DICE has, among other things, brought the class system to the shooter.
It is time. DICE has given the multiplayer shooter “Battlefield 2042” a major update and thus revised the basic game system in order to eliminate one of the biggest points of criticism in the world.
A classic Battlefield feel?
A class system is now available that assigns the previous specialists to the well-known “Battlefield” classes. Accordingly, the Assault, the Support, the Engineer and the Recon return, so that the playful possibilities of the specialists are pressed into the limits of the classes. Thus, the flow of the game should have more structure again, while the duels on the battlefield are easier to analyze. We already had the classification of the classes summarized here for you.
The class system isn’t the only change brought to Battlefield 2042 with patch 3.2. Among other things, the standard assignment of the controller has also been revised, which is why you should look at the appropriate FAQ entry by Electronic Arts should read.
In addition, the Breakaway map has also undergone extensive changes, including reducing its size. This is intended to encourage more intense duels, with the workers’ village receiving more military presence and reinforcements. Thermal visors are also included in the package. A new silencer has also been added, as well as new weapons such as the M39 EMR, MTAR-21 and PP-2000.
