The use of magnesium alloy and injection molding techniques allows for a significant weight reduction of the mouse without sacrificing durability while providing a comfortable grip in the popular Viper Mini design. Magnesium alloy exoskeleton
Constructed of high-quality magnesium alloy, the Viper Mini Signature Edition boasts an exceptional weight-to-strength ratio, thanks to a new, complex, extremely durable design created using an injection molding technique.

We wanted to go beyond traditional honeycomb design, and to do so required a material with an optimal strength-to-weight ratio. After evaluating plastics, carbon fiber and even titanium, we decided we finally chose a magnesium alloy because of its exceptional properties.”

Each example of the Viper Mini Signature Edition is made with an injection molded exoskeleton that is CNC machined and polished. The exoskeleton shell is then passivated to reduce susceptibility to corrosion, after which it is painted and assembled. At every step, each specimen is carefully inspected to ensure the highest quality.
