Evil Dead: The Game today added a new Battle Royale mode called Splatter Royale, available via a free update for all platforms. Splatter Royale allows you to play as Deadite versions of all Survivors, Demons, and DLC characters in any outfit, then use your weapons and wits to be the last one standing. The new mode supports fast-paced mayhem for up to 40 players and includes the Grenade Launcher and Scythe as new bonus weapons, as well as Pablo’s free Kandarian Facelift outfit. Splatter Royale is also joined by new paid content, the Immortal Power DLC Bundle, which introduces Ruby Knowby, played by Lucy Lawless in Ash vs Evil Dead, who voices the character in the game. As the “Dark One”, Ruby can regenerate her health, increase her resistance to possession and increase the damage of her weapons. Her aura can also be boosted by consuming souls, which charges up her unique ability that unleashes a deadly explosion that damages nearby enemies and heals any survivors within range.
Splatter Royale is available now via a free update for Evil Dead: The Game, while the Immortal Power DLC bundle is also available now. It includes Ruby Knowby, the Kelly ‘Scourge of Evil’ outfit, Pablo ‘Fish n’ Chips’ outfit, Ash vs Evil Dead ‘Party Animal’ outfit and the Puppeteer Demon Class ‘King of the White Frost’ outfit.
