As it turned out, the employee himself viewed his threat more as an ultimatum to management than as a plan of action. According to him, he filed a lawsuit, but it was not possible to confirm this.
Salary arrears are gradually being paid off, and the team in Georgia has not actually received any money since December 28, that is, less than a month at that time, and the problems began in October.
