Have you looked through your list and can’t find any good films and series? Or do you think Netflix is too expensive now that you can no longer share an account? Then it’s time to cancel your Netflix subscription.
Everyone knows the feeling: you’ve just finished watching the last episode of that one great series. To avoid ending up in a black hole country, scroll through the Netflix library, looking for a new series to watch. But you just can’t come across a title that interests you. Or did you actually only have a Netflix account because you shared it with friends? Anyway, you want to cancel that Netflix subscription and delete your account. Here you can read how.
Goodbye Netflix: this is how you cancel your subscription

Please note: if a subscription is canceled, it will be for everyone who shares the account. To avoid annoying discussions, it might be better to just delete your own profile. You do this via the following steps:
Sign in Click on your profile Click on ‘Manage profiles’ and select your profile picture Select ‘Delete profile’ at the bottom of your details
Tip: if you are the main account, first make sure that the subscription is set to a different email address and credit card. Otherwise, you will continue to pay the subscription. You can also cancel the subscription first.
Cancel subscription
If no one wants to take over the subscription from you, you can cancel it completely:
Click on your profile and select ‘Account’ Choose ‘Cancel membership’
You can also do this from your smartphone. To do this, once you are logged in to the Netflix app, click on your profile picture at the top right. There you click on ‘Account’. In the screen that you will see afterwards, you can click on “Cancel membership”.
By pressing ‘Cancel membership’ you cancel the Netflix subscription.
Looking for something new to watch? The streaming world is much bigger than Netflix alone. For example, it might pay to take a look at Disney Plus or Amazon Prime.
