The unique Ukrainian An-225 Mriya aircraft will be revived in a virtual form in the Microsoft Flight Simulator game. This was officially announced during the broadcast dedicated to the upcoming 12th update for the famous flight simulator.

During the presentation, the pilot of the real “Mriya” Dmitry Antonov also spoke. He spoke about the features of the aircraft and invited everyone to board the largest transport aircraft in the world.
To feel like a pilot of this aircraft, you have to pay $19.99. All funds received will be transferred to the Antonov enterprise for the construction of a new Mriya. Microsoft plans to release an update with the An-225 aircraft for the PC version of Microsoft Flight Simulator on February 27th. This will be the anniversary of the plane’s downing during the battles for Gostomel that unfolded after the invasion of Ukraine. In March, a corresponding update for the game on the Xbox Series will be released.
