On the night of February 3, 2023, hotfixes for WoW: Dragonflight were applied again. As community manager Sanq announced in the official US WoW forum, there are minor adjustments for the druid, caller and monk. In addition, the developers point out in these official hotfixes that there is now a merchant in Valdrakken, Rabul, through which you can send Primeval Chaos to alternate characters.
According to the developers, the disadvantage for exchanging Primeval Chaos has been added. It is still believed that the best way to equip a character is to play the character. Rabul of the Crafting Consortium now sells Satchel of Coalescing Chaos. The pouch is filled with Primeval Chaos and is account bound. For the cost of 80 Primeval Chaos, you get 60 Primeval Chaos from the pouch.

Nonetheless, this should be an additional use for your Primeval Chaos and a good way to quickly equip your alts with powerful gear.
