Fantasy film “Cheburashka” mastered 6 billion rubles in the Russian box office. This is indicated by the data of the UAIS system.
A film adaptation of the fairy tale of the same name by Eduard Uspensky was released in cinemas on January 1. A month after the release, the film managed to set all kinds of records, beating the previous leaders, the first part of Avatar (3.5 billion) and the comedy Serf (3 billion). The film’s budget was 850 million rubles.
