Ann Tamaki is a high school student attending the second year at Shujin Academy. She is a classmate of the protagonist of the title, since she is not originally from the place, she does not have many friends. In fact, Ann has only one bond, the one with Shiho Suzui. Outcast at school, the situation worsened due to the harassment of Professor Kamoshida. Tamaki however lives a double life in the group of Thieves Ghosts of Hearts. Far from the school walls, she acts like a red panther.
Playing Ann Tamaki is the cosplayer Jess Blaze, who shared a faithful rendition of Panther on Instagram. The Phantom Thief with wavy platinum blonde hair wears a skintight red latex catsuit with plunging necklines and zippers. A panther mask, pink gloves and thigh-high boots complete the outfit. Armed with a whip, there is also a tail on the back of the panther costume.
