New gameplay has been released for “Resident Evil 4 Remake”, which will be released next month. Take a look at 13 minutes of the fifth chapter of survival horror already!
When Capcom released the survival horror “Resident Evil 4” in 2005, they not only revolutionized their own brand. From then on, other action games were also based on Shinji Mikami’s formula, which still inspires enthusiasm 18 years later. In the coming month, new generation players will also have the chance to experience this classic.
More than just a graphic remake
With “Resident Evil 4 Remake”, the developers are not only bringing a graphical upgrade to the PlayStation 5, the PlayStation 4, the Xbox Series X/S and the PC. Some changes have also been made in terms of gameplay to create an even more immersive gaming experience. Among other things, they removed the quick-time events that were fashionable in 2005 and are rather unloved these days.
The escort mission, in which Leon S. Kennedy is supposed to get the President’s daughter Ashley Graham out of danger, has also been adjusted accordingly. In the meantime, the editors of Game Informer have published a new gameplay video, which already shows us 13 minutes from that 5th chapter. So you can take a look at this infamous mission.
