Swiss skier Ramon Zenhäusern won the slalom at the World Cup in Chamonix, France. This was the last World Cup start before the World Championships in Meribel and Courchevel.
The second was the Greek of American origin A.J. Ginnis. He brought Greece the first ever podium in the Alpine Ski World Cup. Top 3 was closed by another Swiss, Daniel Jule.
