The all-Chinese Moore Threads MTT S80 graphics card may not be able to compete with flagship products or even mid-range GPUs from AMD and Nvidia, but it can already run games that once brought all 3D cards on the market to their knees.
Computer enthusiast and collector Löschzwerg managed to run Crysis on a Chinese graphics card. Unfortunately, he didn’t report anything on performance.
However, the question of performance as such is not acute for the S80. Firstly, the tests that we saw earlier showed that the new product works approximately at the level of the GeForce GTX 1060, and secondly, there are fresh tests. Optimization is more important for Chinese adapters, as many games simply won’t run on the S80 yet.
In recent tests, older versions of 3DMark compared the adapter to the Intel Arc A770, which was typically three times faster.
In short, the Moore Threads MTT S80 is based on a 12nm GPU, has 16GB of RAM and supports PCIe 5.0, which even the latest Nvidia, AMD and Intel graphics cards cannot boast of.
